Quesnel Skyfest a Hit

Quesnel, B.C. – Skyfest continues today at the Quesnel Regional Airport.
 
The show on Saturday provided plenty of precision, aerial acrobatics, and pyrotechnics.

Gates open at 10:00 this morning, with the show slated to start at noon.
 
Featured performers this year are the Canadian Snowbirds who will perform to music for about half an hour.   Also a highlight, the CF18 demonstration team.
 
 
At left,  parachuter makes a grand entrance, while belown, features a "WingWalker"

While coming back from Quesnel Saturday morning must have passed a thousand cars heading South.

Must have been a huge crowd at the Airshow.

Made it out for the Sunday show, great weather, talent and an awesome variety of planes. A lot of hard work to pull off an event like that by many people. Congrats Quesnel.
