Railway Museum Holds Anniversary Party

Prince George, B.C. – Fundraising and fun are the by-words at the Prince George Railway and Forestry Museum this weekend.
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the museum and the River Road location is hosting a family concert and barbeque on Monday to mark the milestone. Oganizers have a concert lined up and you can purchase a barbeque dinner as well as ice cold beverages in the beer garden, and dance up a storm. The event runs from 5pm to 10pm Monday.
Tickets to the 30th Anniversary bash are $10 in advance, $12 at the door. All proceeds from the fundraiser go toward next year’s operational costs at the museum.
