Fort St. John, B.C.-  The motorcyclist involved in a crash yesterday on highway 97  south of Fort St John, has succumbed to his injuries.

The 23 year old male from  Taylor,  died in hospital  last evening.  His name has not been released.

His motorcycle was involved in a collision with a tractor trailer unit around 1:30 Sunday afternoon. 

The BC Coroners  Service, RCMP, Commercial Vehicle Safety Enforcement and WorkSafe BC  continue to  investigate the contributing factors to this crash.
