Takla Landing, B.C.- The small comunity of Takla Landing is in shock following  word a weekend  domestic dispute  has resulted in the death of a 36 year old from Vanderhoof.

The dispute occurred  in the wee hours of Sunday,  and  36 year old Christopher Seguin of Vanderhoof was shot to death.

The North District Major Crime Unit , the Takla Landing RCMP and the BC Coroners Service are continuing their investigation,but  one person  has been  taken into custody and is now charged with  second degree murder.

The victim’s father, 66 year old Jacques Seguin  has been charged, remanded  in custody and will  appear in court later this week.
