Friday, September 6, 2013 @ 8:59 AM

Prince George, B.C.- A suspect  wanted in  connection with the  breaking of  windows at the CN Centre in Prince George has been  arrested.

RCMP  say  thanks in large part to the tips received from the public,  investigators were able to  locate and arrest a 43 year old Prince George man.

Last month,  RCMP  had released images of a man on a bike, shooting  a pellet gun at the CN Centre. There had been four separate incidents which resulted in more than $8000 in damage to windows at the CN Centre.

Investigators are recommending a charge of Mischief Over $5000 to Provincial Crown Counsel. The accused has been released on a Promise to Appear for Court on December 18th, 2013.

Promise to appear Dec. 18? Limited judges with HUGE in-baskets? Swift justice? Maybe he will do something obnoxious in the court room and be remanded til after Xmas for another attempt. Any one out there in cyber land have any knowledge of the cooking facilities in the new jail on Victoria Street? An excellent turkey perhaps during his detention? Could happen.

That is not a jail. They are short term holding cells.

Throw this stinking bastard out of the city with all the other scums.

Short term holding cells,eh? Hmmm. Then can I presume they will hire off premises caterers? Andy’s Aunt Bee used to prepare the food for the “prisoners” (Otis) in Mayberry. Maybe some constables wife will volunteer. Again, it could happen.

So let’s recap shall we…….
He’s 43
He rides a bike
He shoots a pellet gun at a civic building
He causes damage

He’s a loser.

Make him pay for the damages and throw his a$$ in jail. Makes me sick that these deadbeat criminals get all the breaks. As a tax paying citizen, I break the law speeding and get a ticket. If I don’t pay the ticket, they don’t allow me to insure my car or renew my license. They have me over a barrel. I pay or I don’t drive. I don’t drive I don’t work. I don’t work I don’t pay my taxes and buy groceries etc. Why don’t I get a break for once.

This guy is an idiot who should be sent to jail.

As someone once said, “Tell it to the judge”. It is to laff. Have a nice day otherwise.

Send that piece of dung lowlife to china, they do a good job on idiots like him!

I suspect Mr. “Dung Lowlife” has the Charter of Rights in his back pocket. Or his court appointed lawyer will tell him. Ya can’t ship him out.

Ya, just sarcasim on my part, or wishful thinking. I am 35 yrs in of 16 hr days and paying huge taxes , only to see it wasted on scum like that. They just get away with it. I am proud to pay for people that try anything to be a part of society, or help single moms etc. i have zero tolerance for thieves or vandals and especially at that age. This country needs to serve up a huge can of whoopass!

I feel for the RCMP! These clowns are like shoveling water, for the RCMP, all day long. The RCMP find these criminals and a judge lets them out. To bad stoning is illegal in Canada. The druggies and criminal have all the rights. Honest people just pay a little more.

It is probably his father’s fault who once tried to discipline him by speaking to him in a loud tone of voice! He frightened him and damaged him for life. It’s not the shooter’s fault, it is society’s fault!

(Sarcasm intended).

Flogg him

Thats a good one PrinceGeorge.

Excellent prince george! Ya, his father whispered hurtful words in his ear and damaged him for life. Things like “get out of bed, time for work”! Haha
