I would imagine that she is being charged $25 a month for the use of the walker lying beside her.

A senior citizen of advanced age often never recovers from a broken hip. That’s what happened to her, she broke her pelvis when falling to the ground!

I feel that this cartoon is in extremely poor taste, not funny at all!

How about the 107 year old down in the states killed by a swat police para-military unit. Yes the old guy fired the gun he had but the police had him contained in a bedroom and probably could have waited for him to fall asleep.

Of course the mantra that the MSM eat-up is that it is a non-lethal alternative, to a firearm. But that is irrelevant, I would suspect that most of the deaths caused(come on now; “Excited-delirium”? Really?), by the taser were during situations where a firearm wouldn’t have been appropriate.

There are far too many poorly trained and poorly socialized law enforcement members utilizing the taser as a substitute for any police skills.

Just an ironic point: So one guy decides to play a joke on his buddy by rigging his coil to zap his buddy when he sits on his truck bumper. Buddy has a weak heart and a pace-maker, plus he is watching some racing and is getting really animated. When he sits on the bumper and gets zapped it send him into cardiac arrest and he dies.

The original guy would still be charged with some sort of negligent manslaughter, wouldn’t he? Or does he get a pass because most healthy people that were not agitated or animated or intoxicated would survive such a burst? Such outright hypocrisy. Let’s invent a new magical ailment that absolves all who play judge-jury and executioner.
