Second Fire Fighter Charged in Theft Probe

Prince George, B.C. – A second Prince George fire fighter has been formally charged in an RCMP investigation into stolen goods.
 
You may recall,   the investigation probed stolen property   valued at more than $200 thousand dollars, that had been taken from locations throughout northern B.C. and Alberta. Items recovered during this investigation included two jet boats, a skid steer tractor and a mini excavator.
 
On May 1st, RCMP had arrested Jeremy Matthew Kostyshyn, who is now facing nine property related charges.   Also arrested at the time, was 37 year old Benjamin T.L. Williams, a Prince George resident who is alleged to have been in possession of a jet boat that had been stolen from Fort St. John in September of 2011. 
 
Williams has now been formally charged with possession of Property Obtained by Crime.
