Charges Laid in Grow Op Bust
Prince George, B.C. – Two Prince George men, originally from Houston BC, are now facing charges in relation to a marihuana grow bust that occurred last year just before Christmas.
A search warrant had been executed on a Pilot Mountain Road home last December, as part of an investigation into an alleged theft of electricity case.
That search warrant revealed a marijuana grow op and more than 1500 marihuana plants were sezed along with growing equipment.
37 year old, Steven Andrew Delege and his father, “Ben” Gjisbertus Jacbus Delege, aged 60, are both charged with the Production of a scheduled substance, Possession for the purpose of trafficking and Fraudulent consumption of electricity.
Both men are scheduled to make their first appearance on October 16th, 2013 at the Prince George Law Courts.
