Knight Crescent Fire
Tuesday, October 1, 2013 @ 10:26 AM
Prince George, B.C. – A home on the corner of Knight Crescent and Chestnut, on the east side of Highway 97 in the Hart, was the focus of fire activity this morning.
Three firehalls responded to the call, and arrived on scene to find plenty of smoke billowing from the home.
The owners were not home at the time, but the family cat has yet to be located.
The cause of the fire has yet to be determined, and there is no damage estimate as yet.

There is no such thing as the Corner of Chestnut and Knight Crescent These roads are a kilometer apart they never join.
Here is proof knight cr and Chestnut come together:

Actually, Google is wrong (again). Knight and Chestnut do not intersect. What Google says is Knight along the hwy is actually just the frontage road. You’re better off using the City’s online map. http://pgmappub.princegeorge.ca/PGMapPubSV/?Viewer=PGMapPub

Three halls?
Slow day and everyone wants a piece of the action? ;)
Truth is, it would have been an ideal opportunity for training and experience as there aren’t all that many structure fires anymore, the other halls were probably not too busy anyway, practice practice practice, its what Firefighters do.
