Drugs and alcohol are typical problems in native comunities. Give them jobs and the problem will decrease.

Who will give them jobs? Be specific.

“Nets Drugs and Weapons”??? One rifle???

Last time I checked brass knuckles was a weapon, as is a knife or rifle

Can’t figure why they would need a battering ram…collect unpaid debts in the middle of the night?
