P.G. Woman Charged in Quesnel Robbery

Quesnel, B.C.- A 37 year old Prince George woman has been arrested and is now charged in connection with a hold up in Quesnel.
According to Quesnel RCMP, a woman entered a convenience store in the 100 block of Marsh Drive in Quesnel Tuesday, November 26th, 2013. It is alleged she produced a knife and demanded cash before leaving the store and then left the scene in an awaiting vehicle.
Mounties identified a suspect from the video surveillance, and made an arrest on Sunday.
37 year old Sarah Tom has been charged with one count of robbery.
She made her first court appearance on Monday, and has been remanded in custody awaiting her next court appearance which is set for December 10th.
