Three Face Charges
Prince George, B.C. – Three people are facing charges after Prince George RCMP executed a search warrant on a local residence on the weekend.
The target of the search warrant was a suspected drug house in the 1100 block of Ahbau Street.
Police arrested two adult males, an adult female and a youth female without incident.
A search of the home resulted in the seizure of a loaded, prohibited .22 caliber firearm. Police also seized methamphetamine, crack cocaine and heroin, along with an assortment of drug trafficking paraphernalia.
Charges are as follows:
- 34 year old Bruce Willier, Possession of a Prohibited Firearm and Possession of a Controlled Substance
- 26 year old Ashley Joseph Possession of a Prohibited Firearm
- 30 year old Mathew Alston, Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and a number of charges relating to his court imposed bail conditions.
Willier has been remanded in custody until his next court date scheduled for Wednesday December 18th. Alston has been remanded in custody until his next court date scheduled for Thursday December 12th. Joseph was released from custody and will be appearing in court in the new year.
The youth female was released without charge.
