More Snow And A Warm Christmas On The Way

Prince George, BC – More snow is on the way, according to Environment Canada…
While city crews and residents continue to dig out after our second major snowfall of the month at the end of last week, the forecast is calling for another 5- to 10cm today, with the risk of freezing rain late this afternoon.
Another 5cm is expected overnight, but, again, Environment Canada is warning that could turn to freezing rain as the temperature is set to hit a high of minus 1 today, and hold steady at the freezing mark overnight.
For tomorrow, mainly cloudy skies and minus 1. A mix of sun and cloud on Christmas Eve, with the temperature holding at minus 3, and the forecast for Christmas day is calling for mostly cloudy skies with a 60-percent chance of flurries or rain showers (!) as the thermometer hits a high of plus one.
