Premier’s Christmas Wishes
Tuesday, December 24, 2013 @ 3:36 PM
Victoria, B.C. – Premier Christy Clark is sending along her best wishes for Christmas:
The holiday season is a time to spend time with families, friends and with the ones we love.
It's a time to be thankful for the blessings in each of our lives. A time to rest, relax, and prepare for the year ahead and to be hopeful for the opportunities that tomorrow will bring.
In my house, we say Merry Christmas. But however you and your family say it, to British Columbians throughout the province, please accept my warmest wishes for the holiday season.
-Christy Clark

sincerity does not ring true with that women viper mouth
Even during the World Wars they would stop fighting during this time of year, put away their differences and wish each other a Merry Christmas
Some people are just sore losers.
Hmm⦠her corporate conservative public relations office forgot to include a more appropriate Christmas themed photograph of her.
Her attached picture says nothing about Christmas⦠but then again, what could anyone expect from a Big business – Corporate backed government?
I was hoping for her standing by a christmas tree, or in front of a yule log fireplace, or even wearing a Santa or elf hat, or something⦠anything remotely Christmas themed, yet it seems to be all business.
People#1, you always have something nice(?) to say!!
It’s Christmas! Lighten up and be merry!
Me? I’m full of the Christmas Spirit and am happy that Christy Clark and her government trounced Adrian Dix and the NDP! Adrian Dix? I barely remember who he is/was!! Just somebody relegated to the history books!
I’m also thankful that we re-elected a right wing government, rather than a left wing or left-of-centre government like the Liberal Party in Ontario. Man, if you think we have problems, be thankful that we don’t have Kathleen Wynne here!
Yup, it’s a time to be merry!! Ho Ho Ho!
After all, even Ebenezer Scrooge eventually got into the Christmas spirit! People#1, there’s hope for you too!
Merry Christmas to one and all!
The picture with this article was taken during an official media presentation which has the flags present.
A more all inclusive image of the setting as well as the full message can be seen and heard on youtube.
I include a formal season greeting photo of Clark and son. Also a picture of here in font of an evergreen tree ready to take home and trim.

Merry Christmas to all.
Thanks gus⦠the hqprincegeorge picture is more in the festive holiday spirit I was describing in my previous comment.
Combine that picture with her message to us above, then we might get some cohesive and beleivable meaning!
hey hart guy just remember 2015 when all the marbles are being based on lng to be our saviour and we are supposed to be debt free 58 billion in debt and counting tally that up moron. I sure hope so otherwise we might all be standing in the soup line
The HST is gone and she still can’t afford to get her kid a haircut?
ice, easy with the name calling on an article such as this. Just fyi remember the NDP saying they would eliminate balanced budget legislation and run a deficit for the next 3 years +? The previous NDP government running 8 deficit budgets and 6 credit downgrades? Soup line indeed.
Did someone bring up the subject of deficits? Here is an eye-opening article about massive revenue increases, through increased gaming revenues, post secondary tuition fees, federal transfer payments from 2001 through to 2013.
Despite massive (over 100% increases) in revenue to the province, deficit years continue to occur. Hmmâ¦.

Merry Christmas to 250News, readers and posters!
It’s Christmas for Christ’s sake (so to speak:) Give it a rest for one day! Maybe it is some kind of Pavlovian response to a picture of the Premier and you just can’t help it P#1. Perhaps Cesar Millan can help next time he is in town. Sit!!
Shakes head & logs out….
Reads slinky, ewitt, and weaksauce’s comments⦠then had to read them again before posting this:
