Lets hope this story, has a happy ending.. On the flip side,, If he was human,, he would still be waiting in line for help.. Lets hope 2014 will be a more humane year.. Treat humans as well as we treat animals..
Fine the owner for neglect! Maybe this owner doesn’t deserve this dog like so many others out there that persist on letting their dog ride in the back of their pickup!
Way to jump to conclusions with absolutely no information!
No kidding, wow – happy New Year NMG :s
Dog and Owner are united and safe according to 101.3 The River facebook page.
What we need to do is ban fireworks except on July 1! Many dogs are totally streed by them. One of our dogs who is usually very calm shakes uncontrolably.
OMG NoWay… take a chill pill…
Poor dog is all I can say. The owners should of been easy to contact because the contact information was on the tag right beside the dog license tag! Right!!!
Looking for chill pills for the frequent prescription writers of them on these pages.
People have different experiences and different concerns.
If yours are not the same, then take a bit of your own advice the next time.

totally agree, not only the domestic animals stressed but also the wild animals. Have seen people let off fireworks a few feet away from an eagles nest with young ones in it. totally ignorant of life other than themselves.
