Power Restored To Most Hydro Customers
Prince George, B.C. – Residents in the Sinclair Mills area, east of Prince George, have had their power restored.
Seventy-three Hydro customers were left without electricity early Thursday morning in the wake of the snowstorm that moved through the Central Interior. B.C. Hydro says there are still a few customers in isolated spots who are waiting for their lights to come back on, and that should be accomplished by mid-afternoon.
Areas affected include the 4400 and 4500 blocks of Tallus Road, Isle Pierre Road, Trout Road, Camp Road, Blackwater Road, Tabor Mountain and a few customers on Highway 16 east. B.C. Hydro estimates those locations will have power restored by 6pm at the latest. A few customers at Firth Mountain in Mackenzie should have their power back by 10 tonight.
