Police Search For Suspect As Stabbing Victim Treated At Hospital

Prince George, B.C. – Prince George RCMP are investigating a stabbing which occurred in the downtown area late this morning.
Shortly before 11:30 a.m. police received a report that two males had been arguing in front of a business near the corner of 3rd and Dominion when one of them pulled out a knife and stabbed the other. The victim, believed to be about 25-years-old, has been taken by ambulance to University Hospital of Northern B.C. for treatment. The seriousness of his wound or wounds is not known at this time.
Meantime police are searching for the suspect who was reported heading toward 2nd avenue following the altercation. The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20s, 5-foot-8, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
