Another Session of Volunteer 101 Set for Tonight
Prince George, B.C. -The second of two information sessions for Games Services Managers and Venue Operations, is set for this evening at CNC.
The sessions are open to anyone who is interested in volunteering for the 2015 Canada Winter Games, or those who have already signed up and would like more information on how they may be able to assist in venue operations.
There are 368 days until the 2015 Games get underway in Prince George, the single largest event this City has every hosted. Volunteers are critical to the success of the two week event.
Members of a Venue Operations Team will act as representatives for their particular service, such as media relations, security, transportation, food services etc and are responsible for ensuring their service is provided without a hitch.
This evening's session will take place in room 1-723 at CNC and will get underway at 6:30.
