Prince George, B.C. – Prince George Olympian Megan Heinicke finished 51st out of 82 competitors in the women’s 15K individual biathlon today at the Olympic Games in Sochi, Russia.

Heinicke’s time was 50:26 minutes and was just over 7 minutes behind the winner.  Seventy-eight entrants completed the event.   This was the third event for Heinicke at the games.  She finished 59th in the 7.5K sprint and did not finish the 10 kilometre pursuit.
