Smithers. B.C.- The passenger who died in a multi- vehicle crash  near Hope on Sunday  has been identified.

The BC Coroners Service says the  woman was 71 year old Beatrice Mary Morris of Smithers.

She was a passenger  in the rear seat of the car that was involved in the  mid afternoon collision.  She was pronounced dead at the scene.
