I heard of at least one basement that is filled to the brim.

This main was first noticed and reported to the city around 4 am

And they stood by and watched because the shutoff was buried under all the ice and snow. Awesome planning and preventive disaster planning program there City of PG!

Oh do tell Dragonmaster!! What pre-planning are they supposed to have done? Should they know that each and every person’s home will have this happen?

Preventative disaster planning program? Use as much space as you need…. please explain to the listening audience what that would look like; and to what end?

Infrastructure, anybody listening? It needs major repair or replacement throughout the City! And they’re still trying to hammer through that PAC….
