Prince George, B.C. – Avalanche control work is causing some delays for traffic on Highway 16 east.

Avalanche control is taking place this afternoon from 14 kilometres to 31 kilometres east of the junction with Highway 5 at Tete Jaune Cache.  The work will continue until 5pm today and delays of up to 3 hours are expected.
