Malaysian PM Says Flight 370 Ended in Southern Indian Ocean
Monday, March 24, 2014 @ 8:47 AM
The Prime Minister of Malaysia has announced new data analysis confirms flight 370 which has been the subject of a massive search for more than two weeks, "ended in the southern Indian Ocean".
The Prime Minister, Najib Razak, says the plane went down west of Perth Australian, and the area is no where near any possible runways for landings.
There has been no recovery of any debris as this determination is being based on data alone.
The Malaysian flight 370 was bound for Beijing from Kuala Lampur when it made a turn, then disappeared off the radar.
There were 239 people on board.

Well, that simply isn’t going to satisfy anyone. If there is no definitive proof, then it hasn’t been found, period.
So that gives them the all clear to stop looking for it!…..lame.
This announcement is to give some closure to the families. The search will continue as it did for 2 years in the Air France crash until the black box was found.
The crackpot theories will continue till the crash site is identified, see Eagleone’s post on drone control and end of Israel for a real nutty variety.

I agree with everyone else’s comments, this is an attempt to provide closure to the passengers and crews families. It also takes the international spotlight off the search so it can be scaled back.
Will this flight now go down in history as an unsolved mystery similar to Amelia Earhart and her Lockheed Electra L-10E airplane?
There was a lot more to this story that has been printed in the above article.
Seems the British actually were able to track the flight through some 19 century technology, and as a result determined a reasonable crash site in the Southern Indian Ocean.
Austrailian and other ships are now putting their efforts into this area.
I expect that we will have evidence of the crash site by the end of this week.
Aww, come on Palopu, not going to buy into the conspiracy theories? How about carrying this whole charade a little further and say parts of a Boeing 777-10ER are already on some of the ships searching the “area”. Planting evidence to provide closure? …. hmmm… ;-)
People#1 just watched the news, sure does not look like and cutback in the search. This new information will allow resources to be centered in a smaller but still huge area.
Is there anyone you don’t misstrust?
So here is a theory, On the plane were 6 people that had special knowledge that would revolutionize the energy industry.
The big oil guys around the world could not get this get out of the bag, so unknown to the rest of the world, except for the CIA, the plane had to disappear. Thus thru an operative, the plane was heading to the middle east for it to land 6 hrs after its last flight indication.
This would explain why the cell phones kept ringing for this time period. What happen to these 233 individuals, who knows what the CIA did with them. What happen to the six specialist, probably going to be spending the rest of their lives in the US, working to perfect the science.
How do you like that for the next TV series.
I was just playing devils advocate to draw you out seamut ;-). How absurd it is to ignore all the evidence and jump into conspiracy theories about this missing plane?
Kind of like you ignoring all the scientific evidence, and entertaining the thought that 97% of the worlds climate scientists are lying about global warming so they can get more government funding?
So I ask you your very own question; Is there anyone you don’t mistrust?
Don’t bother replying seamut, let’s stay on the missing plane topic… wouldn’t want to “hijack” this discussion thread.
im just surprised that meisner posted this story with all the gusto and alleged hijacking conspiracy theories going on lately!!!!!
Gotcha, made my day.
Elaine can you print that picture I sent you? Poor taste? Probably.
We can all count on etwit for posting the truth on all matters around the world. ;-)
But…..They still have not found this plane…analyze all they want, but, there is still no plane. End of story. No story, No theory.
I just posted one possible scenario. Still as plausible as any other theory with the evidence as of today. Clearly the plane was remotely hijacked… the issue mainstream media will not discuss.
The where and whys are full of conjecture with glimmers of possible motive in who was on the plane, and who has the available technology to remotely hijack a plane. The Chinese would go crazy if evidence came out of a possible remote hijacking… so yes it was dumped in the South Indian ocean, and we can all just speculate as to why… it would be a miracle at this point if we ever did find out what truly did happen.
IMHO
INMHO….Aliens…no other logical explanation.. Or it’s a massive ocean that a plane gets lost in and takes a while for people to find.. Something to think about?? Either way hoping for some factual evidence to be found for confirmation..
