Bust Nets $100K Stolen Property And Grow Op
Prince George, BC – RCMP officers discovered a marijuana grow operation and approximately $100-thousand dollars in stolen property, during a raid on a rural property south of Prince George earlier today.
Members of the Crime Reduction Team executed a search warrant on Naismith Crescent, off of 15 Mile Road, discovering a grow op inside the residence and the stolen goods outside. CRT Corporal Kent MacNeill says officers located a Ford F-350 that was reported stolen from College Heights two days ago, along with a skid steer stolen from Williams Lake in 2012, and a travel trailer, which had gone missing from Fort St. John.
Corporal MacNeill says the investigation is ongoing, but several related charges are anticipated.
On Thursday, the Crime Reduction Team executed a search warrant on a suspected drug house in the 800-block of Harper Street, seizing cocaine and heroin with an estimated street value of $4000, along with cash. A 35-year-old male will make his first court appearance in June to face charges in connection with the bust.

Methinks the alleged perp related to the drug house arrest was probably given a “promise to appear” note. Here’s hoping it was his dope and his money and no one else’s. Would probably make his life easier til then. IMO.
Methinks the Prince George Fire Dept. are involved.
Consideritsold , me thinks unless you have cold hard facts, you are being ignorant . Now i am not saying the perp did or did not belong to the fire department , but nowhere in the story did it give even a hint that they were involved. I don ‘t know what career you are in, but i would bet that somewhere in the world there are murderers, theives, drug addicts, and pedophiles that share a career with you, just like in every other career . So should everybody be thrown under the bus because some bad apples share the same career as them? No. Before you or anybody else asks , i am not a fire fighter , nor do i know any of them . Just sticking up for the good ones who ‘s names were tainted due to a bad few
Any link to the two PG car thieves in today’s article?
This is stupid unorganized criminals staring us in the face, and they got caught, sweet.
Our firefighters, our ambulance crews, our emergency room folks and our mounties have a pretty crappy job, so glad they’re doing it.
