Prince George, B.C.  – It is another tagedy for the  residents of the apartment block  at 10th and Central that was hit by a fire  a week ago.

Forced from their homes because of  fire, smoke and water damage,  they  now have to face the work of thieves.

RCMP in Prince George are looking for the person(s) responsible for  breaking and entering the  apartments.

In the early hours of Saturday, April 26,  the doors to the eight apartments  on 10th Avenue and the bypass, were kicked in.

Personal items were taken from each of the apartments. Many of the residents did not have insurance.

At this time,  police  say  the only information they have on the suspects is that  it is believed  three males were  responsible.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Prince George RCMP at (250)561-3300 or anonymously contact Crime Stoppers at 1(800)222-8477, online at www.pgcrimestoppers.bc.ca (English only), or Text-A-Tip to CRIMES (274637) using keyword "pgtips".

So soon after welfare day? If they’re caught, budgeting lessons should be included in sentencing.

But, will they understand?

hope there fingers fall off from cancer.

That is pretty low =-(

Not surprised at all.

I fail to understand why these people have no insurance. Most of them, if not all, probably have cats and dogs. The food and other things animals require would cost more than insurance would.
