Horgan On Mini Jobs Tour

Monday, May 19, 2014 @ 12:03 PM

Prince George, B.C. – John Horgan, the new leader of the  provincial  NDP, is on what  he has labeled “a northern jobs mini tour”.

He is visiting Fort St. John and Tumbler Ridge today and tomorrow,  meeting  with  workers, municipal leaders and health officials.

Then on Wednesday, he arrives in Prince George to meet with workers, business leaders, municipal leaders and education officials.

Got to give him credit for sustaining hospitality and service jobs while touring.

How about a level playing field for feed in tariffs for all renewables . Not just for the run of the river electric feed in . This is one of the most unfair situations for BCers . We need jobs and a change in energy strategy . You need to study “energywende ” John . There seems to be little hope christy ever will.

Working on a weekend lol. No official in the Peace is today. Especially not the Fort St. John mayor who just arrived back from her long weekend. :-)

I wonder if Christy Clark will make it up North. She will have to learn how to use a compass and move from the lower mainland.

i sent mr. horgan an email the day after he took the position of leader of the bcndp, requesting a document, the bcndp’s constitution.
i got a quick auto reply, but nothing since.
another party leader, it would seem, that does not care to respond to british columbians with questions.

we deserve better than the bcndp or bcliberals. government is no place for a ‘secret society’ to be in power.

Perhaps when Mr.Horgan returns to Victoria he can focus on what the B.C.Liberals and Christy Clark are actually doing in the province and pass that info on to B.C.taxpayers?
Seems Clark and gang prefer to keep their heads down, mouths shut, and out of the public eye.
When we do hear something, it is after the fact.
Clark herself remains hidden in the background ever since the election.
Mind you…she is a pipeline and LNG expert now…I suppose she is quite busy.
Right.

I feel anyone would be a big improvement over Chrispie Clark , but we will see her once again before the election .All Liberals need to go .

Fedup2014…..It is my understanding that Manitoba has an NDP guvmint. Like to pay a lot of taxes, do ya? Food fer thought.

Astro…in order for Christy Clark to make it up north and appear anywhere but at an elite function for bigshots…someone has to find her.
Since the election, that’s not easy to do.
Why is she kept out of the public eye?
Are they afraid of her stepping in it if she doesn’t have a script and a shadow watching what she says?
In the house…Rich Coleman sits beside her and whispers in her ear to keep her on track…or he kicks her under the table.
She is known for saying too much at the wrong time.
