I would agree but all other media is owned by private interests and it’s clear in their editorial slant what those interests are. That said, CBC has an almost unashamed left wing bias and it seems wrong the taxpayer should have to fund one side of the argument. Would be great if CBC would focus on balance reporting without bias.

CBC, IMO is so far left they are falling over.

The CBC is fair in their coverage of most things, but they continue to give cover to globalist Israeli crimes, so that costs them a lot of credibility and shows they are as vulnerable to the hidden hand as anyone. He who prints the money after all….

Harper fears the CBC like any wannabe fascist dictator would. He would much prefer a corporate source for the nations news in a corpocracy. Corporate news corps with synergies across all mediums, and a single news room that can vet the news to the talking points and perspective of the ruling regime… to ensure those that cooperate can continue to do business unmolested.

If Harper can not control the message, than he will starve them until he can.
