Prince George, B.C. – What can a person do for entertainment in Prince George on a hot, dry summer day?

Well, one suggestion would be to take in the Cariboo Brewing Open House, running from 1pm to 5pm today at the Pacific Western Brewery on North Nechako Road.  The open house features, quite predictably, brewery tours and, hang onto your hats prohibitionists, Beer Tasting!  There will also be live entertainment featuring the kick**s local band Sound Addiction, a barbecue and a close up look at how a brewery works.

As well, two-time OIympic speedskating medalist Denny Morrison of Fort St. John will be there to honour BC athletes and dedicated mentors.
