Prince George, B.C. – Interested in volunteering or even embarking on a career with the RCMP?

If you are, then this Tuesday is your night.

From 7:30 – 9:00 pm the RCMP’s Crime Prevention Unit is partnering with the Recruiting Section to offer a joint information session at their new detachment at 455 Victoria Street.

If you plan on attending you must be at least 18 years old and bring government issued, photo ID.

“This is a great opportunity to learn more about a career in law enforcement and RCMP volunteer opportunities with Community Policing,” says Linda Parker, Community Policing Coordinator.

“The two are a logical fit, as many persons that wish to become a police officer require more volunteering experience.”
