Fatal Collision Closes Highway 16 Near Topley

Prince George, B.C. – A fatal collision has closed Highway 16 west this hour.

Witnesses on scene tell 250 News it occurred 10 km west of Topley.

According to the Drive BC website the road will not re-open until 9 tonight at the earliest however a detour has been set up at Perow Forest Service and North Road.

We will update this story as soon as more information becomes available.

Just take the route down by Francois lake. Same as when they shut the highway down because of the China Nose fire.
