Cariboo Cougars Drop First of Season

Prince George, B.C. – Two third period power-play goals lifted the Greater Vancouver Canadians over the Cariboo Cougars 3-2 Saturday night at Kin 1.
The loss is the first of the season for the Cougars, who fall to 3-1-1. The Canadians improve to 4-1-0.
Austin Gray and Joel Patsey scored for the Cougars. Griffin Outhouse made 24 saves in the Cougars’ net.
The teams complete the weekend Major Midget Hockey League twin bill on Sunday at 11:30 a.m., also at Kin 1.
