Prince George, B.C. – The Craig Wood Group has just become the latest supplier to the 2015 Canada Winter Games.
The dealerships of Prince George Motors, Wood Wheaton Supercentre and Wood Wheaton Honda, are supplying the Games with a fleet of vehicles.
Director of Operations with Craig Wood Group, Fred Nelson, says the company is proud to be part of the Games “This provides us with a great opportunity to participate in showcasing Prince George as an incredible cultural and sporting center within Canada and why so many of us call Prince George home”
The fleet of vehicles has been decked out with Games logos, and will see two crew cab pick up trucks travel with the Games torch as it makes its way across the province.
The vehicles will also be used during the Games to shuttle staff and Chefs de Mission from one site to another .

This should be a real favourite with the taxi companies. I hope all the drivers have class 4 licenses and the vehicles have commercial passenger insurance as well.
If not, well, there might just be a little problem when they get pulled over and asked to produce a license and registration.
Well, someone has to have something positive to say about this story, I guess its me. All other things and considerations aside, this is a fine charitable gesture that should help the games to run just a little more smoothly.
:)
