Prince George, B.C- There will be one less name on the ballot for Prince George City Council.
One of the candidates has officially withdrawn.
Dawn Taylor, has pulled her name from the race.
This was Taylor’s first attempt at municipal politics. When she advised of her decision, she said it was “all good.”
That leaves 25 people in the running with only one seat on council confirmed open as Lyn Hall is now seeking the Mayor’s chair.
Candidates have until 4 p.m. on Friday October 17th to withdraw.

“with only one seat on council confirmed open”
Huh? On election day all 8 seats are open until the votes are counted. It would be more accurate to say that there will be at least one new face at the table as a result of Hall’s decision to run for mayor.
There will be 4 seats changing and no more Shari!
As for her,
Federally she is toast as well,
