Quesnel, B.C. – Highway 97 has re-opened in both directions 3.5 km south of Quesnel after two separate car accidents this afternoon.

Quesnel RCMP Constable Krista Vrolyk says one of the collisions was quite serious and required the fire department to extract one person using the jaws of life.
