Prince George, B.C. – The two men killed in a single vehicle collision near Hudson’s Hope Monday night have been identified.
The BC Coroner’s Service confirm they were 27 year old Nicolae Ghidu-Bors and 47 year old John Toma, both of Calgary.
North District Corporal Dave Tyreman says the men were killed when the minivan they were in allegedly failed to negotiate a turn on Hwy 29 causing it to enter a ditch and roll.
He says both men were ejected from the vehicle at the time of the crash and died at the scene.
Tyreman says the cause of the accident is under investigation and notes police are not ruling out that alcohol may have been a contributing factor.

How sad. You don’t usually get ejected when wearing a seatbelt. I wonder?
