Prince George, B.C. – Robert Lee Milligan  is back in custody.

He was arrested, without incident,  shortly before 2 this afternoon in the Isle Pierre region.

RCMP had  an extensive  presence in that area throughout the day as they  made plans to take Milligan into custody.  He was wanted  in connection  with a domestic assault that  occurred in the lower College Heights area of  Prince George  on Halloween.

Milligan is facing  several charges including Assault, assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, two charges of uttering threats, one charge of obstruction of justice, and  failure to comply with a probation order.

The police action today  involved Prince George RCMP and the North District RCMP Emergency Response Team.
