Prince George, B.C. – The search for missing 49 year old Prince George resident Anita Thorne is continuing this hour out near Willow River.
Search manager Dale Bull with Prince George Search and Rescue says they are continuing grid searches of the area in hopes of finding Thorne who’s been missing since Wednesday.
Close to 100 people including SAR members from around the region and family and friends of Thorne have taken part in the search so far.
Bull says today’s chilly and wet weather hasn’t hampered search efforts noting “there’s been excellent support from friends and family making sure there’s been warm coffee in everyone’s hands when not searching.”
