Quesnel- One person is dead, and second has been taken to GR Baker Hospital in Quesnel, with undetermined  injuries,  after a two vehicle crash on Dragon Hill, on the highway 97 approach , just south of Quesnel.

The accident occurred at 12.45 pm. today.

Traffic on highway 97 into Quesnel has been reduced to one lane in each direction , while the other two lanes remain closed while police conduct their investigation.
