Prince George- No injuries in a fire that caused damage to a home on Seton Place  in the Hart Highway  region early this afternoon.

Sixteen firefighters from three halls responded  when the  call  came in  around 1 this afternoon.

The fire had  apparently started in a basement bedroom.

Crews remained on scene for about two hours.

The heat and smoke from the blaze caused extensive damage to the entire home. Damage is estimated at approximately $300,000.
