Prince George, B.C. – Around 1,000 BC Hydro customers are currently without power in Prince George.
Most of the affected homes are located in the Hart (south of Balsum Road, West of Hart Highway).
The lights went out just before 2:00 pm and BC Hydro estimates power will be restored by 3:00 p.m.
High winds and falling trees caused the outage.
