Can anyone elaborate on the Party City tenant improvements? Thanks
Party City is the new development beside the Rockford… one of the new buildings. They are the only one building right now, the footings and other work is for the proposed buildings they hope to put in next spring…
They put down the TI as a number this year, even though it’s a ways away.
How about that Notel? Any new permits for it or are we stuck looking at the rebar?

Who’s paying for this one?
Is there some place where we can find out what is being built? It would be nice to know what all of the dirt shuffling is all about west of Happy Trails, for instance.
