Fort St. James, B.C. – Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 31 year old Virgil Hummingbird Thomas.
The North District Major Crime Unit and Fort St. James RCMP say he’s wanted on two separate warrants for Manslaughter and failing to appear in court.
Thomas is described as a First Nations male, 5’8 tall, 155 pounds, with short black hair, and brown eyes.
His whereabouts are unknown but police suspect he may be in the Vancouver area.
If you see Thomas police ask you not approach him and instead call either police or Crime Stoppers.

Probably gone south long ago for the winter with the rest of the hummingbirds… ;)
But he promised to show in court. Wanted for manslaughter, and they let him go.
Tell me it isnt so.
I can’t believe this guy was able to post bail on Manslaughter charges. Jeez….if he’s accused of killing someone he likely has no trouble fleeing. When will our judicial system change?
