Have You Seen This Man ?

Prince George- Police are seeking your help in identifying a man believed to be responsible for several credit card frauds.
The incident occurred on January 8th-2015, when police received a report of a stolen wallet, containing credit cards.
The Credit cards have been used several times .
He is described as Caucasian male, early 20’s , about 170cm (5-7) tall, fair skin, very short dark hair, and thin build.

I think I seen him in that movie Resident Evil.
Judging by gaunt appearance somewhere in the vicinity of a meth dealer would be a good place to start the search.
You are not far off Sparrow. I know that face and exactly where to find him. Jasper street 3rd house in on the left behind the street front house is another residence that operates as a crack shack. Probably find him there.
Same looking punk stole some stereo equipment from my cousin on Christmas and I tracked his foot prints in the snow right to his door step. When I entered the residence there were four guys and a girl sitting around a crack burner. I told him the cops where on the way and he had fifteen minutes to hand over the stolen goods or he was going to jail. He was stunned and scared that I found him and immediately turned over the stolen goods. The cops paid him a visit, but I’m sure nothing happened of it.
Same gaunt face, probably 95% likely its the same low life career criminal.
