Prince George, B.C. – 2014 will be pretty hard to top, but preparations are well underway for the 2015 Relay for Life.

Last year’s event raised $600,000 – making the Prince George relay the number one in Canada.

“I continue to be overwhelmed with the generous support Prince George – and indeed the rest of the province and country – continues to show to the Canadian Cancer Society’s Relay For Life,” said Helen Owen, Team Lead, Relay For Life.

“As the total shows, 2014 was another ‘best-ever’ event for Prince George. Achieving the title of #1 Relay in Canada was a major accomplishment. The support shown to our event is truly amazing.”

This year’s event will take place May 9th and 10th at Masich Place Stadium.
