Car of Missing Man Located
Williams Lake, B.C.- The 2006 burgundy Chev Malibu that was being driven by 24 year old Jordan McLeod, has been located. ( see previous story)As a direct result of information from the pubic, the vehicle was located Tuesday afternoon, northeast of Williams Lake near the Rudy Johnson Bridge, which separates West Fraser Road and Soda Creek Road.
McLeod was last seen on Friday January 16th. Police later indicated his disappearance may be linked to a shots fired incident late on the 16th on the Upper Fraser Road.
Since then police have changed the status of this investigation from a missing persons case, to a homicide, even though no body has been recovered.
With the recovery of the Malibu, police now have both vehicles they were seeking in connection with this case, but still no sign of Jordan McLeod.
Police are still hopeful that anyone with information will contact them either at the Prince George detachment, or through Crime Stoppers.

I wonder if this is the same bridge another hommicide victim was found under a few weeks back and also if its related to the two other First Nations murders at Anahim Lake in the new year. That is four murders in the first month of the year tied to Williams Lake First Nations…
