Prince George, B.C. – The freezing rain warning issued this morning by Environment Canada has ended.
“The rest of the afternoon we’re looking at snow, 2-4 centimetres, and a high of plus 1. Tonight the snow will continue and it’s going to end overnight and we’re looking at an additional 5-10 centimetres of snow and a low of minus 7,” says meteorologist Louis Kohanyi.
He predicts tomorrow will bring unsettled conditions with a 70% chance of flurries.
Looking ahead even further, Kohanyi says things will really warm up in time for the start of the Canada Winter Games next Friday.
“We’re looking at a mix of sun and cloud with a low of minus 1 and a high of 7.”
