Prince George, B.C.- The Canada Winter Games are over, but it looks like Mother Nature didn’t get the memo.
Prince George woke to a fresh blanket of wet snow this morning, and Environment Canada says the City could expect as much as 2 inches before it warms up enough to turn to rain .
Roads that were clear and bare just yesterday, teasing drivers into thinking spring, were a slick mess this morning.
The temperature will slip below the freezing mark again tonight, and that could mean slick roads again tomorrow morning. As always, RCMP remind drivers to adjust their driving to the conditions at hand.

4X4 goes anywhere including Ditch, lucky he left the HydroPoles standing.
Outwest 1:31 PM Just because it’s a 4×4 doesn’t mean the 4×4 was engaged. A few years ago a friend of mine went off the Hope-Princeton Hwy. with his 4×4 , first thing I asked him if he was in full 4×4, he said no never did engage it, asked why not you have it why not use it, his reply was I didn’t think I needed it.
Tires keep you on the Road nothing else!
Lost count at how many little fender benders there were this morning people may be intelligent creatures but are not the brightest bulbs when it comes to driving especial in winter or spring conditions
