Prince George, B.C. – The Canada Winter Games may be over but Tabor Mountain will be dotted with skiers once again this weekend as the Western Canada Ski Cross Series arrives in Prince George.

It will feature 74 racers from 8 years old and up, including participants from all over Alberta and BC, plus members of the Canadian Men’s Development Ski Cross Team.

The Prince George stop is one of four races (Big White Jan 18-19, Lake Louise Feb 1-2, Prince George Mar 8-9, Lake Louise again Mar 22-23).

The event will be a warm up to the Canadian National Ski Cross Championships at Tabor from March 17-19.

Racing will start at 9 am each day before wrapping up by 3:30 pm.
