Mounties Seek Hit & Run Driver

Dawson Creek, B.C. – Police are investigating a tragic hit and run incident in Dawson Creek.
Mounties say a 59 year old woman was hit and killed by an unknown vehicle while walking to work early Friday morning at the intersection of 106th Avenue and 9th Street.
Police say it happened at approximately 6:20AM and ask any potential witnesses to call police at 250-784-3700.
The name of the victim is not being released at this time.
