Prince George, B.C. – The BC Coroners Service has identified the victims of a deadly avalanche near McBride over the weekend.

The men who died were Curtis Fries, aged 36, of Sherwood Park, and Thomas Hamilton, aged 29, of Ponoka.

The pair were in a party of four out snowmobiling when the avalanche struck Saturday, burying Fries and Hamilton.
